Abhyanga Massage
A deeply relaxing massage using warm herbal oils and deep flowing movements, this one hour treatment will relieve stress and anxiety whilst nourishing the body with the therapeutic properties of the natural oils and herbs.

Pinda Sweda Massage
In this one hour treatment therapeutic herbal plants are tied up in a muslin cloth and made into a bundle (bolus). Hot oil is applied to the skin and worked into the muscles with a very deep invigorating massage. This treatment strengthens and relieves pain in the muscles and joints

Shirodhara
Warm luxurious oils are poured in a slow, dynamic movement over the forehead for about 20 minutes.
