Beauty and Wellness has arranged for a professionally trained Environ therapist to attend the Salon to give you a free consultation on the condition of your skin and to deal with any concerns that you may have.

The therapist will take a detailed picture of your face. This will show in detail whether you have any specific concerns such as scarring, acne, fine lines, pigmentation and sun damage which needs specific treatment. If you have no issues, she will advise you on the best way to maintain your skin and avoid these concerns which may become apparent through ageing, sun damage, poor diet or stress.

This consultation is for men and women and Environ has a range of skin care specially developed for men. The Environ skin ranges are vitamin based enabling highly effective restoration of the skin cells resulting in a more youthful and healthy complexion. Vitamin A

Vitamin A has long been known as the “skin vitamin” but only recently has the attention been focused on it being a “normaliser” of the skin and the main factor in the maintenance of youthful, healthy skin.

Vitamin C

Vitamin C is a free radical scavenger and has an important part to play in the formation of collagen. Vitamin C combined with Vitamin A, addresses skin laxity (slackness) more effectively. It also helps in the reduction of uneven skin tone and blemishes, for a beautiful radiant skin!

Antioxidants

Environ uses the most important antioxidants that are normally found in the skin. These are used to counteract the effects of free radicals in the skin that are formed every day. Antioxidants work by absorbing the unstable free radicals formed in skin cells by ultra violet light and minimise their harmful effects, even after sunburn.
